Market Update: Stocks Are Strong
The market continues acting very well. Futures continue to grind higher and sellers remain no-where to be seen. The tax bill will be passed and that should set the stage for a strong 2018. Once again, in the short term, the market is extended and due to pullback. Until it does, I do not want to fight this very strong tape.
FLS Portfolio:
On Monday, the service bought FB at the open because the stock gapped and opened above our buy stop. For our newer members, all our orders are entered as a buy stop or a sell stop, which means they become a market order if the stock opens above a buy stop or below a sell stop and they get filled at the best available price. For tracking purposes FB was filled at 181.03. Stepping back, the portfolio is doing well and the service is sitting on lofty gains. Here is a snapshot of the portfolio as of Monday’s close:
