Market Update: Stocks Are Very Strong
This is exactly how a bull market behaves…Good news? Bad News? Mediocre News? Fugaze, Fugaze… It Doesn’t Matter—- BUY! Remember, all that matters is how the market reacts to the news, not the news itself. For now, the market continues to shrug off all negative news and race higher. Yesterday China was downgraded by one of the popular rating agencies (which are a joke but that’s another story), and then hammered the Yuan to juice markets. The Shanghai composite rallied sharply on the news and the rest of the world followed. In the short term, clearly the market is getting extended but that doesn’t mean it pulls back tomorrow. It can easily get more extended before eventually pulling back. But be sure it will pullback, just a matter of when, not if. Right now, stocks are very strong and until we see any real signs of selling, weakness should be bought, not sold. As always, we want to see where the market closes tomorrow and will have a full report for you this weekend.

Big Stocks are breaking out -again! AMZN, NOC, BLK, UNH, GOOGL, V/MA, RCL, NFLX, I can keep going but I don’t want to over do it.
