FLS – Special Report- Strongest Stocks of 2016

In the spirit of focusing on Leading Stocks- we put together a list of the strongest performing leading stocks of 2016 (broken down by market cap) for your review. 
 
This has not been a “normal” year as the biggest winners have been beaten down stocks rallying off the bottom. These stocks do not have strong fundamentals and were not leading stocks when they began to move. Now that we are in Q2, we finally are able to compile a list of strong performing stocks for you. This has been a difficult year for most portfolio managers as most big funds are down – and down big- for 2016. Ray Dalio, the biggest hedge fund manager in the world is down, Bill Ackman Down -20% YTD, John Paulson (who called the housing meltdown) is down double digits, and the list goes on and on. In fact, Q1 2016 was the single worst quarter for active managers -EVER. Thankfully, our conservative approach we adopted before last August’s shellacking has worked out rather well during this difficult period. We are sending you this list so you are prepared if/when the market decides to break out to new highs.
