Market Update: Great Mini Rotation Continues
Over the last few weeks we have seen a lot of money rotate out of high beta Nasdaq type stocks and into undervalued sectors of the market (Russell 2000, Transports, & Commodities, just to name a few). This is perfectly “normal” action and something that I call the great mini-rotation. Separately, the fact that the market is not down big on the N. Korea news is a bullish sign. Remember, it’s not the news that matters – but how the market reacts to the news.
FLS Portfolio:
The FLS portfolio is pulling back as leading stocks remain under pressure. The service sold AMZN for a small 4.20% loss and recently moved the protective stops higher so our portfolio is protected. Here is a snapshot of the portfolio as of Monday’s close:
